Job summary

Black & Veatch, an employee-owned firm, is seeking a Senior Specialist to deliver power generation O&M projects and asset lifecycle support within the Infrastructure Advisory Delivery Team. The role emphasizes hands-on assessments, outage planning, and fee-based project work across the US.

You will engage with clients, develop proposals, and lead technical deliverables while traveling as needed to site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or science degree in business, technology, or engineering or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years related work experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting on Power Generation EPC, modifications & upgrades, and O&M projects.
• Collaborate with Clients and Solution Project Managers on asset assessment and decommissioning.
• Support development of new contracts with O&M solutions.
• Develop outage management and procedures for clients.
• Create proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates for clients.
• Lead reports and presentations, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with team members and SMEs for high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor professionals and expand knowledge in power generation O&M.
