Job summary

NAES Corporation, Birdsboro Power Project, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems at Birdsboro, PA. You will direct maintenance personnel, oversee outage planning, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors to improve equipment reliability and plant availability.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, strong leadership, extensive maintenance experience in power or heavy industry, and expertise in CMMS and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in power plant or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating teams.
• Experience planning outages and coordinating with contractors, OEMs, and service agreements.
• Strong project management and analytical skills for outages, budgets, and resources.
• Proficiency with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance personnel and daily activities to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for major equipment.
• Coordinate planned and forced outages with Operations, CSA, OEMs and contractors.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Evaluate failures, maintenance histories, and trends to drive reliability improvements.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and documentation.
