Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Birdsboro Power Project in Birdsboro, PA. The role oversees mechanical, electrical, and I&C maintenance, directing downtime planning, contractor coordination, and reliability improvements to support plant availability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with OEMs, CSA providers, Operations, and Plant leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and documented

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Significant experience in power plant/heavy industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership supervising maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance personnel and daily activities for safe, efficient maintenance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate outages, inspections, and repairs with CSA, OEMs and contractors.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure proper documentation.
