Sensata Technologies seeks a Power & Peak Product Manager to lead next-generation power solutions for AI data centers. This role focuses on evolving 800 VDC architectures, translating infrastructure needs into differentiated power conversion and peak power offerings.

The candidate will own product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle management, while engaging with hyperscalers, OEMs, and system integrators to shape requirements and commercial opportunities in a fast-paced, high-impact

Competenze

• A university degree required or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Mansioni

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and business case for data center power conversion and peak power management solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated products balancing power density, efficiency, reliability, scalability, cost and time-to-market.
• Engage with hyperscalers, data center operators, OEMs, ODMs, EPCs, and system integrators to identify future power requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution, identify competitive gaps, and explore partnerships or acquisitions to strengthen market position.
• Oversee product roadmaps, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management across the product line.
• Address operational issues related to quality, delivery and production.
