Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Sr. Power Generation Project Engineering Manager to lead a multi-discipline team across EPC programs for power generation projects. You will oversee design quality, budgets, and schedules while supporting client interaction and proposals.

The role emphasizes leadership in engineering management, design of power facilities, and strong communication with clients to grow relationships, with hybrid work options after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Lead larger production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project.
• Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects and communicate concerns to project team.
