• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time technical support to operations and business unit personnel.
• Perform system testing and documentation for significant changes or upgrades.
• Analyze root causes and implement comprehensive technical solutions for complex issues.
• Provide technical leadership in security center applications and tools.
• Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and reduce risk.
• Document and maintain procedures for day-to-day support and audits.
• Maintain asset management and inventory of systems.
• Travel to power plants for onsite troubleshooting and audits.
