Responsibilities

• Provides full-time technical support to operations and business unit personnel.
• Performs system testing and documentation during significant changes and/or upgrade.
• Analyzes root causes and implements comprehensive technical solutions to complex issues.
• Provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of security center tools.
• Develops new and improves existing processes to increase productivity and reduce risk.
• Establishes, documents and maintains procedures for day-to-day operational support.
