Pye Legal Group seeks a Senior Counsel – Power Generation to provide strategic legal support across development, construction, operation and maintenance of power assets.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in energy law, active U.S. bar, and experience with power projects, wholesale electricity markets, and related commercial contracts; ERCOT/PJM exposure is highly valued. Renewable/hybrid projects a plus.

Qualificações

• > 7–10 years of energy law experience.
• Experience with power generation projects and related commercial contracts.
• Experience with FERC/ERCOT/PJM/PUCs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide broad legal support across power generation lifecycle: development, construction, financing, operations, maintenance.
• Draft, review and negotiate PPAs, EPC, O&M, interconnection and other project agreements.
• Advise on regulatory matters and market rules changes affecting projects.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance and operations teams to manage legal risks.
