Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Controls SME for power generation projects. You will oversee control system architecture, software, and integration across gas turbines and engines, ensuring reliability and standardization.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of controls and automation engineering experience in power generation.
Expert knowledge of turbine and generator controls and PMS integration.
Experience with FAT, commissioning, startup, and RCA.
Able to mentor engineers and standardize practices across product lines.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical authority for power generation control systems across platforms.
Develop and review control architectures, I/O lists, and narratives.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and field commissioning activities.
Collaborate with various engineering teams and vendors to ensure standards.
