Job summary
Leidos Energy is seeking a Power Consultant Senior Project Manager - Transaction Services to play an important part in transactions, providing consulting services and work products that inform financial decisions. You will evaluate a wide range of technologies and support development, financing, acquisition and sale of power assets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an accredited university with twelve plus years of experience in a broad range of independent engineering assignments.
- Subject Matter Expert level requires fifteen plus years of experience in engineering selections for lenders, funds, utilities and developers.
- Experience evaluating commercial risks in construction, procurement, operating and services contracts.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% and proficiency in technical writing; MBA and bilingual (Spanish) are favorable; PE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project developers, utilities, equipment manufacturers, investors and advisers.
- Determine and review project economics including costs, budgets, staffing and risk.
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report project activities.
- Lead project teams to meet client requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate status reviews among team members and clients.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, contracts, estimates and schedules.
- Manage scope, requirements and change issues.
- Coach cross‑functional teams to achieve goals and resolve issues.
