Senior Level: 12+ years of experience; SME Level: 15+ years; consulting for lenders, funds, utilities, and independent developers.
Experience evaluating commercial risks in construction, procurement, operating and services contracts.
Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project developers, utilities, equipment manufacturers, investors, bankers, and advisors.
Determine, monitor, and review project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, and risk.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities.
Lead project teams per client requirements and objectives.
Facilitate status reviews with team members and clients.
Contribute to project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
Manage scope, requirements, and change control.
Coach cross‑functional team members to meet schedules and resolve issues.
