Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to design and develop high‑power electronic hardware for advanced semiconductor test systems. You will own hardware development end‑to‑end, with a focus on power delivery architecture and rigorous PCB design.

You will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test teams to ensure robust validation, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement across complex automated test equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing high-current power delivery hardware.
• Strong PCB design experience, including multilayer boards.
• Knowledge of power integrity, PDN, and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Design high-current power delivery and switching hardware.
• Develop multilayer PCB designs and power architectures.
• Own hardware development from concept through production release.
• Perform power integrity, PDN, and simulation analysis.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test engineering teams.
• Support validation, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
