Volt Harbor seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead our core hardware platform, spanning power electronics, control, and system integration for energy systems. You’ll own hardware from concept through field deployment with high autonomy in a startup setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in power electronics, analog/digital design, and experience delivering products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. On-site role based in Ann Arbor, MI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in power electronics hardware.
• Experience delivering full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core power electronics and hardware platform.
• Design and build hardware enabling energy systems from concept to field deployment.
• Collaborate across hardware, embedded, and battery integration teams.
