Job summary

Volt Harbor is seeking a Senior Power Electronics / Hardware Engineer to lead the development of our core power electronics and hardware platform. This hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll help design and build hardware that directly enables our energy systems—from concept to field deployment.

You’ll work closely with our engineering team to build, test, and scale the hardware that sits at the heart of our technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware experience in power electronics or related fields.
• Strong foundation in analog, digital, and mixed‑signal design.
• Hands‑on design, test, and integration of hardware in energy systems.
• Experience with embedded control and real‑time implementation.
• Proven ability to take products through full lifecycle in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the hardware platform from concept to field deployment.
• Design, build, test, and scale power electronics and related hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on control strategies and embedded integration.
