Job summary

Raytheon’s Hardware Electrical Engineering Team seeks mid-career engineers to design, test, and document electronic circuits, with a focus on circuit cards. You’ll plan integrations, support testing, and mentor junior engineers while working onsite in Aurora, CO.

Minimum 5 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years. Strong knowledge across power, analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in power, analog, digital or mixed-signal circuit design and/or DSP.
• Experience with analog lab equipment and circuit analysis/simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, test, and documentation of electronic circuits.
• Plan and execute integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Provide test support and root-cause investigations.
• Define task schedules and manage budget/schedule.
• Lead designs and small teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Engage in internal/external technical reviews.
