Job summary

CLM Search in Andover, MA is seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to drive next-generation power conversion technology. You will own designs from concept to production, focusing on high-density DC/DC/AC/DC power stages and high-frequency switching, with close collaboration to R&D, manufacturing and customers.

The role requires a BSEE (MSEE preferred) and 4+ years hands-on experience in power electronics, magnetics, modeling, and control theory to deliver differentiated products.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on power electronics design experience.
• Experience with DC/DC, AC/DC, VRM or bus converter design.

Responsibilities

• Own power converter designs from concept through production.
• Design DC/DC and power conversion circuits and assess topologies.
• Perform circuit simulations and analyze performance.
• Select components and optimize power stage performance.
• Develop feedback, analog and interface circuits and PCB layouts.
• Validate designs with testing and documentation for manufacturing.
