Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead design activities for high-reliability power electronics, motor drivers, and analog circuitry.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with customers to meet program requirements, and perform complex analysis with minimal supervision. The role includes support for design verification, thermal and EMI/EMC compliance, and preparing reviews for gated customer design milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant power electronics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities for high-reliability power electronics, power conversion systems, and motor drivers.
• Mentor engineers, interns, co-ops, and technicians on programs.
• Perform thermal and power dissipation analysis and compliance reviews for aerospace/defense.
• Prepare design reviews and present nominal results and worst-case analysis.
• Develop test procedures, circuits, and verification plans.
• Assess design trade-offs, costs, efficiency, and performance.
