Job summary

ConRes Continental Resources seeks an experienced Principle Design Engineer to lead and execute power supply design from concept through to final product, based in Exeter, NH. You will work on multiple designs, review customer specifications, and guide technicians and assemblers in engineering tasks.

The role requires a 4-year degree in electronics and about 6 years of electronics design experience, with strong knowledge of analog and power conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics.
• 6 years electronics or equivalent experience in design of Power Conversion Circuits.
• Knowledge of digital control design beneficial.
• Advanced analog design techniques including magnetic design and theory.
• Power supply layout and packaging including verification of cad generated documentation.
• Power applications, and interpretation of system power specification.
• Component engineering including stress factor analysis.
• Manufacturing techniques related to power supply manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Design generation of power supplies from inception to final product.
• Design from documentation supplied by customers and/or internal specifications.
• Direct Technicians and Assemblers as to Engineering.
• Provide technical support for engineering staff.
• Interface with Sales/Marketing and customers as required.
• Generate preliminary documentation for fabrication of prototype models.
