Job summary
Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of high‑voltage power electronics for microgrids, EV charging and data centers in Menasha, WI. You will shape roadmaps, define architectures, and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years in power electronics or related engineering role.
- Experience with high voltage converters/inverters.
- Experience with collaboration and implementation of modeling for system design.
- Ability to develop a technology roadmap for power electronics for microgrid, EV charging, and data centre applications.
- Ability to establish strategic partnerships with external suppliers.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear recommendations to stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with lab equipment, instrumentation, and environment.
- Strategic direction to company-wide product and technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead characterization of size, performance, cost, and specs for high voltage power electronics.
- Develop and maintain documentation on component specifications and simulations.
- Document electrical architectures for microgrid and data centre programs.
- Summarize results to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Define requirements with controls, simulation, and FEA/CFD engineers.
- Establish partnerships with external suppliers for modular reuse.
- Lead evaluation of new technologies and benchmarking.
- Provide technical leadership across product development and manufacturing.
