Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. is seeking a senior semiconductor product engineer to support yield and performance of power products. You will monitor yield and device performance to meet customer commitments and drive root-cause analysis for parametric shifts.

You will drive cross-functional problem solving with process, flows, and product teams to align yield roadmaps and input start requirements, developing structured solutions to prevent excursions and ensure fab stability.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience with a BS or 3 years with a Masters.
Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
Experience in semiconductor die level test/final test.
Proven track record of technical leadership.
Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor product yield and key device performance attributes to maintain customer commits while ensuring device health.
Perform data analysis to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
Analyze Power Device electrical tests and feed deviations to stakeholders.
Drive problem solving across multiple teams (process, flows, product).
Align yield roadmap with planning and start requirements; develop structured problem-solving solutions.
