Job summary

AOS Semiconductor seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for a Process Integration role at its Hillsboro, Oregon site. The role focuses on silicon power device process technology and improving yield, with responsibilities spanning process flow implementation, electrical characterization, and wafer-level testing.

The candidate will work with device/process module and product engineering groups, aiming to advance MOSFET/TVS technologies and support NPI and yield optimization tasks.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a development role (power device development preferred).
• Working knowledge in semiconductor process technology and wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Power Device technologies development (MOSFET/TVS) at Jireh Semiconductor.
• Perform process simulations and create technology process flows with specs.
• Define test structures for process integration and development.
• Design DOE and analyze results to optimize device architecture and/or modules.
• Collaborate with design groups to troubleshoot device-related problems and document findings.
• Develop devices ensuring reliability; work with Product Engineering and Reliability teams.
• Support New Product Introduction on existing platforms; analyze DOE data and pre-production data.
• Yield monitoring and improvement; respond to platform safe-launch yield actions.
