Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction management or related experience for I.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience for II.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects.
• Support and lead EPC contract negotiations.
• Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliers.
• Manage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
