Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• 5+ years of Transmission, Distribution or Substation project delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the United States and on-site in Lansdale, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee technical execution and coordinate schedules with multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets, milestones, and resource deployment.
• Prepare proposals, participate in interviews, and grow client relationships.
• Lead and mentor staff; drive business development and negotiate terms.
