Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Phoenix to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of a portfolio of power delivery projects. You will coordinate project scope, quality, communications, resources and risk to optimize client service and financial performance on large, complex programs.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, defining work procedures, managing client relationships, and mentoring other project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in engineering (preferred)
• PE (preferred)
• PMP (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years in Power Delivery with 5 in PM

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholders.
• Mentor other project managers and conduct reviews.
