Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Manager within our Program Management organization to lead planning, management, and execution of a portfolio of power delivery projects. This includes scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years in Power Delivery with minimum 5 years in project management.
• Experience with land mobile radio systems is required.
• Strong financial management and multi-project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement medium-large power delivery projects.
• Support business development with scoping, fee development, proposals, interviews, and contracts.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists and progress billing.
• Meet with clients to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks and contract change orders.
