Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, management, and execution of a portfolio of power delivery projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and financial performance on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities include planning, scoping, budgeting, staffing, vendor coordination, and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing power delivery projects or equivalent complex programs.
• Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across offices.
• Excellent relationship development with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects.
• Support business development through scoping and proposals.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Meet with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers; conduct reviews.
