Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Findlay, OH (and additional locations) seeks a Director, Business Support to lead governance, system support, and data integrity across Finance, Supply Chain, and EBS. You will drive controls, reporting, and stakeholder alignment while partnering with IT for scalable, compliant operations.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, ERP expertise, and a track record of improving business processes through data governance and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline required.
• 12+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of directly managing professional staff.
• Proven experience with ERP, master data governance, business controls, or regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, administration, and operational support of financial and procurement systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Oversee master data governance, data integrity, and standardization across systems.
• Manage government reporting, controls, access governance, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, EBS Process Owners, and IT to align priorities.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to enable enablement.
