Job summary

ERM is seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Automation Developer to lead enterprise BI initiatives. You will design scalable reporting platforms, automate business processes, and deliver high-quality data products across ERM and client projects.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/data engineering, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and experience with Python, ETL/ELT, and Power Apps/Power Automate. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering BI, data engineering, analytics, or automation solutions.
Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, reporting, performance).
Strong SQL with complex queries, design, troubleshooting, and tuning.
Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and integration.
Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline and automated data workflows experience.
Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Understanding of relational databases, data quality, and governance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data products.
Own end-to-end BI development from ingestion to dashboard delivery and support.
Build relational and dimensional data models for scalable analytics.
Develop, review, and troubleshoot SQL queries, procedures, views, and structures.
Create Python-based data processing, validation, and automation solutions.
Design/maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and automated refresh workflows.
Develop Power Apps/Automate solutions to streamline processes.
Integrate data from enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, files, and GIS sources.
Document architectures, rules, and support procedures; mentor peers.
