Job summary

Cornerstone Research is seeking a Senior Developer, BI Reporting to lead analytics and reporting initiatives within our Software Engineering department. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and Data Warehouse technologies, with specialized experience in Aderant applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT or financial systems reporting.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL and T-SQL programming.
• 5+ years of experience working with Aderant and related applications.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and administration.
• 5+ years of experience with Datawarehouse technologies.
• 3+ years of experience translating financial data into executive KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads developing Cornerstone's reporting strategy for financial and analytical requests.
• Develops and supports Aderant Expert modules like Expert Time, GL, Billing, and Prebill Manager.
• Maintains financial systems including time, payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
• Customizes reports and UI in Aderant Expert with Summit Basic scripting.
• Integrates data from Aderant modules into Power BI using best practices.
