Job summary

Metron is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and manage our Power BI-based analytics toolset at Reston headquarters. You will integrate accounting, forecasting, HR, and business development data to deliver clear reporting and actionable insights.

In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with leaders across finance, operations, and IT to design data models, dashboards, and KPI reports, driving data-informed decisions and risk management. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or operations role.
• 2+ years developing analytic reports with Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI.
• Experience analyzing financial/operational performance data and presenting results clearly.
• Knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and enterprise system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Transform data into clear, actionable visuals for leaders to make informed decisions.
• Analyze trends and performance drivers to support data-informed decisions.
• Curate the report catalog, retire legacy reports, and document processes for consistency.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and business development to gather requirements.
