Job summary

Metron, a Reston, VA-based company, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to build and manage analytics using Power BI and related tools. The role integrates data from accounting, forecasting, HR, and business development to deliver actionable insights and accelerate decision making.

The candidate will transform data into reports, dashboards, and visualizations; analyze trends; document processes; and support enterprise data strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics or operations.
• 2+ years building analytic reports with Power BI, Cognos or similar.
• Experience analyzing performance data and presenting results clearly.
• Citizenship in the US with ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Transform data into clear visualizations to support decisions.
• Analyze trends and performance drivers across functions.
• Gather requirements from finance, HR, operations, and business development.
• Collaborate with tech and program teams to deliver data-driven improvements.
• Support data integration from enterprise systems via APIs and databases.
