Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass government background check is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of related experience.
• High proficiency with Tableau, Qlik, and/or Microsoft Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Strong data analytics skills to support program and portfolio reporting.
• Experience building and cleaning databases from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate into Power BI dashboards and metrics.
• Aggregate and analyze large datasets from multiple systems to support program reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI data models, measures, and KPIs using DAX.
• Create and optimize data transformation logic with Power Query and SQL.
• Configure and monitor scheduled data refreshes in Power BI Service.
• Prepare dashboards and briefing materials for executives and management.
