Job summary

Graphcore invites a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical architecture for high-density AI computing data centers. You will guide projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, reliability, and scalable infrastructure across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to lead across multiple disciplines and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for electrical engineering across data center projects.
• Lead electrical architecture development from concept to commissioning.
• Define electrical protection, safety approaches, and standards for power systems.
• Develop resilient power solutions for dynamic AI loads and long lifecycle programs.
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams without people management.
