• Hands-on in metallurgy and powder development equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead powder development projects and explore new alloying systems.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Engage stakeholders—suppliers, partners, customers—for insights and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain tech relationships.
• Develop and manage budgets for R&D activities and optimize resources.
