Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment in a painting/powder coat role.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform powder coat operations across the work center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve work-center issues to maintain production.
• Review production schedules and quality requirements to plan tasks.
• Adjust wash-system chemicals and perform periodic wash system maintenance.
• Verify parts using drawings and 3D models for accuracy.
• Train other employees on powder coat tasks and processes.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure safety at all times.
• Support multiple positions within the work center as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality checklists for finished products.
• Collaborate with safety, quality, and production teams to prevent issues.
