Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience: One year in manufacturing is typical for entry; paint/powder coating exposure helpful.
• Reading ability: Must read and understand English to follow plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean parts for coating and painting activities under supervision.
• Hang and unhanging parts, organize by model, unit, or job number.
• Follow fabrication plans and use required tools and equipment.
• Assist with painting activities under direction of experienced team members.
• Maintain the work center with 5S practices and safe operation of tools.
