AB Vista is seeking a NAM Senior Poultry Technical Manager to strengthen its technical presence across North America. The role is home-based in the US with 40–50% travel to NA markets, including Canada, and requires deep broiler nutrition expertise and credibility with producers and nutritionists.
You will support technical strategy, customer development and adapt proven approaches to North American production realities, collaborating closely with regional teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in poultry nutrition, with deep North American broiler market knowledge.
- Strong technical background in animal nutrition, able to discuss formulation and performance.
- Senior-level technical and customer-facing experience in poultry production.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical lead for poultry in North America, focusing on broiler segment.
- Build technical credibility with customers through discussions on nutrition, product application, feeding strategies and performance outcomes.
- Support early and middle stages of the commercial process by using expertise to open doors and move opportunities toward trials and adoption.
- Design, adapt and follow up on technical trials for North American customers and production realities.
- Maintain market visibility through customer visits, technical discussions and industry engagement across North America.
