Job summary

Nutreco North America is seeking a Director, Technical Sales & Applications to own the commercial and technical transformation across premix, feed additives, and specialty nutrition. You will lead a high-visibility effort to align capabilities with commercial priorities, drive growth, and elevate our market position.

You will translate science into customer value, lead senior leaders across multiple species, and shape strategic direction for North America.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in animal nutrition, premix, feed additives, or related livestock sector.
Proven track record leading commercial or technical-commercial transformation.
Experience guiding large, multi-country organizations.
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements in NA.

Responsibilities

Lead NA technical sales and nutrition strategy for premix, feed additives, and micro-ingredients across ruminant, swine, and poultry.
Establish clear direction, alignment, and performance expectations for the function.
Develop and execute a 12‑month transformation roadmap to accelerate commercial growth.
Partner with Commercial and Marketing to strengthen value propositions and GTM plans.
Provide senior-level technical and commercial leadership for strategic customers and partnerships.
Translate customer needs and scientific developments into practical, profitable solutions.
