The ideal candidate brings hands-on DDR5 buffer bring-up expertise and proficiency in high-speed analog and mixed-signal characterization. The role encompasses leading bench-level validation, debugging efforts, and developing scalable test methodologies while collaborating with design, system, and product engineering teams across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal devices.
• Strong understanding of signaling levels, termination architectures, and signal integrity tradeoffs.
• Expertise in using high-speed interface test equipment (BERT, Scope, related software).
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for test automation and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench-level validation and characterization activities across multiple product iterations.
• Drive debug efforts and develop robust test methodologies to isolate complex issues.
• Collaborate with design, system, and product engineering teams across functions and geographies.
• Synthesize results into clear, actionable reports for diverse audiences.
• Develop and apply AI/LLM techniques to analyze large validation datasets and improve efficiency.
