Job summary

The Trulieve Post Harvest Technician I is responsible for ensuring incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through visual and measurement tests, and by rejecting unacceptable material.

Reporting to the Post Harvest Manager, you will participate in intake, drying, curing and trimming, maintain compliant records, operate processing equipment, and support packaging and labeling to ensure quality throughout the production line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating instrumentation and process controls in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to manage time and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality throughout production steps.
• Willingness to adapt to different tasks within the production department.

Responsibilities

• Operate medical processing equipment and participate in intake, drying, curing, and trimming.
• Maintain a centralized tracking system and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Verify product quality by visual inspection and documentation of results.
• Support packaging, labeling, and loading activities on the production line.
• Assist with storage, batch counting, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
• Collaborate with other departments and follow supervisor directions.
