Applicants should have 3+ years in commercial post-closing or related areas, 2+ years with loan origination systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
3+ years commercial post closing, due diligence, loan servicing, or loan operations (Required).
2+ years hands‑on experience in loan document review and collateral management (Required).
2+ years experience with loan origination systems such as nCino and workflow systems like Nautilus (Required).
2+ years experience with exception tracking and document monitoring processes (Required).

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of post-closing activities with accuracy.
Validate terms and conditions of new loans and modifications.
Coordinate with fulfillment, underwriting, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure all documents are issued, executed, and compliant with policies.
