• Hands-on technical leadership role with active coding and system design.

• Deep experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Deep experience with Payment Gateway systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensures design/engineering approach for complex features aligns with the portfolio solution.
• Define technology stack and evaluate new testing tools/frameworks.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders for efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide teams on design and best practices for high code performance, including code reviews.
• Deliver end-to-end complex features for one or multiple teams at program level.
• Conduct research, prototyping, and evaluate new toolsets for release management/CI/CD.
