Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with active coding and design of systems.
• Extensive software development background with architecture experience.
• Deep experience with Point of Sale and Payment Gateway systems.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to explain complex tech to non-tech audiences.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team efforts and drive CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Enforce design and engineering approach for complex features within the portfolio.
• Define the technology stack and evaluate new testing tools and practices.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and coordinate with technical stakeholders.
• Guide teams on design, performance, and code reviews.
• Deliver end-to-end features for one or multiple teams at program level.
• Conduct prototyping and explore new tools for release management and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects on high-level solution needs.
