Waste Pro USA is seeking an Operations Manager for Portlets overseeing Lake Charles and Houston areas. The role focuses on coordinating residential/commercial waste collection, transport, and disposal while driving continuous improvement in operations, client relations, and team performance.

The manager will build a high-performance team, set staffing to meet seasonal demand, monitor metrics, and ensure service level agreements are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum several years of operations leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, planning and QA skills.
• Ability to manage safety training and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day transportation, hauling and support operations.
• Monitors operating metrics and drives process improvements.
• Manages budgets and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA and contracts.
• Leads safety training and coaching for field staff.
• Liaises with city agencies and clients to maintain service levels.
