Job summary

Brooksource seeks a Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead to shape portfolio operations, ART design, and enterprise transformation across large programs in Louisville, KY. The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable execution.

You will drive Lean Portfolio Management, guide organizational design, and mentor Release Train Engineers and Product Leaders, enabling consistent value delivery and improved delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling business and technology portfolios in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives on transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Active SAFe certification (SPC preferred or ability to obtain within six months).

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operating model design and transformation roadmaps.
• Guide organizational design, process optimization, and operating model improvements.
• Advance value-stream identification and mapping activities.
• Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Leaders.
• Monitor portfolio health and drive data-informed decisions.
