Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution across Product Infrastructure. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and executives to align initiatives with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes.

In this remote US role, you will enable teams to move strategic initiatives from concept to launch, govern investments, and provide executive reporting while driving continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading portfolios, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise portfolios and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through strategic planning and governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, governance, and strategy for Product Infrastructure.
• Coordinate investment inputs and validate assumptions with cross-functional partners.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight for complex programs and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop portfolio health metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive governance, risk visibility, and execution excellence across initiatives.
