Lumen is seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution across Product Infrastructure. You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and executives to align initiatives with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience coordinating investment inputs and translating analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through strategic planning, governance, reporting, and portfolio operating rhythms.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Expertise in portfolio management methodologies, governance, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, SaaS, networking, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Establish and manage portfolio roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through portfolio reviews and strategic trade-offs.
• Develop portfolio health metrics, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
• Coordinate business-case inputs with Product, Finance, Engineering, Network, and Operations.
• Lead NPI governance and coordinate development across gates and decision points.
• Monitor benefits realization against approved business cases.
• Provide portfolio governance and risk visibility to enable product strategy and roadmap execution.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across initiatives.
• Establish repeatable portfolio management practices and guiding frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and increase transparency.
• Prepare executive-level materials for leadership reviews and decision support.
