Liberty Mutual Investments, Boston-based, seeks a Senior Analyst for the Portfolio Strategy and Management team. You will work across private markets, including private equity, real estate, private credit and energy/infrastructure, building insights to guide capital allocation.

It requires strong Python and SQL skills, experience with financial time-series data, and the ability to develop models and dashboards in collaboration with Product, Data, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with data libraries.
• Experience with financial and time-series data and analytics pipelines.
• Private markets systems, data, and visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• 3+ years of private markets investments experience.

• Develop a best-in-class private markets portfolio management platform.
• Deliver real-time analysis to guide portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology teams.
• Develop prototypes and MVP tools using Python and data viz.
• Manage multiple projects with timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Foster cross-organizational communication to support private investments.
• Design and validate models for factor-based investment strategies in Python.
