Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Portfolio Risk Vice President to deliver analytics and insights for the ~$100B Commercial Term Lending portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage data quality, and contribute to credit forecasting and risk governance.

Based in Plano, you will lead data solutions, dashboards, and reporting while strengthening data models and governance across the CTL portfolio. Strong SQL, Python, and business communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related).
• 7+ years of experience across analytics platforms and tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Python, ThoughtSpot, or similar.
• Strong hands-on SQL proficiency across relational and cloud-native database systems; experience with large-scale datasets.
• Experience in dynamic and interactive reporting tools to create insightful dashboards and reporting assets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive practical solutions from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of data solutions to source and combine data for CTL analytics and reporting.
• Develop understanding of CTL portfolio data and opportunities to improve data quality and insight generation.
• Monitor portfolio and market trends, track risk metrics, and communicate findings.
• Build scalable analytics and self-service reporting solutions; design and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Support credit forecasting by partnering with Finance, Risk, and stakeholders to update outlook and drivers.
• Partner with Controls and Compliance to align tools and processes with firm policies.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
