Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager Lead to support a major public-sector client and provide leadership across a portfolio of complex capital projects. You will oversee consultant teams from multiple firms, ensure project delivery quality, and coordinate between AECOM, partners, and the client’s Facilities Services organization.

Responsibilities include enforcing project controls, evaluating performance, and delivering consolidated reporting while guiding senior staff and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field required.
• 10+ years of construction, engineering, or project management experience or demonstrated equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assigned consultant project teams across a portfolio of capital projects.
• Enforce consistent project controls across all firms in the portfolio including schedule, cost reporting, risk registers, change management, submittal logs, and document control.
• Review and approve consultant deliverables and ensure they meet standards.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting to Facilities Services management and client leadership.
